HGKJ Headlight Restoration Kit contains enough liquid to treat the exterior of multiple headlight lenses.
HGKJ Headlight Restoration will not repair any damage that has occurred to the inside of the headlight lens (or repair or fill any chips,cracks or other deformities in the lens). Damage to the inside of the headlight lens is not covered under the Limited Warranty. When applying HGKJ, wear the protective nitrile gloves and always use it in a well ventilated area.

Simple Steps for a Bright Future

Clean
Thoroughly clean headlight with soap and water or a cleaner/degreaser. To determine if the headlight needs sanding, pour water onto surface. If it appears crystal clear when wet, no sanding is needed. If not, surface will need to be sanded to remove oxidation.
Sand
Attach 2000 grit sand paper and drill attachment to power drill. Wet headlight and sand on medium speed. Make sure to keep headlight wet throughout. Oxidation will come off as brown liquid – continue until liquid is clear. Repeat with 3000 grit sanding discs.
Wipe
Put on gloves and begin applying formula with side-to-side swipes, slightly overlapping each pass. Do not go over areas a second time. Allow to dry away from light for 1 hour and keep free from moisture for 24 hours.
